For the food service table we had an array of freshly cut flowers from the neighborhood florist. She used soft pink carnations, baby's breathe and daisies for the collection. We determined that no other baby shower party festive decorations needed to be placed on this table. We did have pink napkins that we put on this table, together with a cake that was ornamented with a stork holding a tiny doll in a pink frosting blanket.

We had also ordered a corsage for our niece and one for every of the new grandmas to be. We felt that the room looked very good and we wouldn't have to spend plenty of time cleaning up baby shower party decorations because of the fact that they would all be sent home as gifts to our niece.

We had a great turn out for the baby shower. My niece got quite a few very nice gifts. She was glad that we had the baby shower party in a space that was not small. As she progresses with the pregnancy she is feeling more claustrophobic. Within 30 minutes after the shower was over the fellowship area was cleaned up and we were going home.
