I Really Want Lose Weight - This Is The Sentiment Expressed By Lots Of Folks After New Year's Resolutions
I do not know if you still do New Year's resolutions. Many people stop making them as they become older. They become tired of the endless cycle of disappointment from failing, so they come to a decision not to even make an attempt. This year, however, I'm going for it. I wish to lose weight, & have wanted to for more than a year now. I am far from my ideal body weight '" my medical professional informed me that I was at least 50 pounds over the standard weight so for this next year at least fitness is my primary focus. Although I don't know how to shed weight, I suspect that it involves diet & pills. If that is all that you need, hook me up!
Although I want to lose weight, I have not always felt this way. For quite a long time, I was in denial about how far I was my ideal body weight & fitness & exercise felt almost like bad words. I told myself that I was merely big boned, said that I had a soft & comfy body '" all of the usual lies that people tell them-selves when they're afraid to see how fat they are. Now, however, I am sick of it all. I wish to lose fat, & I wish to lose fat fast. I wish to be slim, attractive, and irresistible. I want people to look at me on the street not due to the rolls of fat hanging from my belly, but because of the tempting way my ribs are poking through my skin.
So far, I have lined up lots of shed weight fast plans. Lots of these look good, but some are unmistakably better than others. When I told my mother that I wants to lose weight she suggested taking some-thing with ephedrine in it. Apparently, ephedra fat reduction is the very best kind. Unfortunately, however, ephedrine has recently been banned by the government. I want to lose weight, but I suppose I waited a tad too long to jump on the bandwagon. Now that the most effective fat reduction pill is no longer available for purchase, I do not know what I'll do.
Although I want to lose weight "and want it desperately" I am pretty firm about doing it the correct way. I only wish to lose fat naturally. I do not mind taking pills, but they must contain holistic herbs or else I am not going to take them. I've heard all kinds of late-night shows speak about the hazards of man-made chemical compounds. Even though not all physicians agree '" & mine actually chuckled at me when I brought it up '" it still seems like a chance not worth taking. fitness isn't a bad word, I want to lose fat to be healthful, not to get sick from chemical compounds!
