If you love to grill, you've likely read about the Big Green Egg bbq grill. It's a ceramic smoker you can use as a grill, smoker or even an outdoor oven. The Big Green Egg also has a smaller cooking surface than many gas grills, which means you will need a back-up bbq grill if you're grilling for many people.
Even so, the versatility of the Big Green Egg, the ability to grill, smoke or bake with your Egg, and the amazing results you will get (the Egg is very forgiving, even for amateur grillers) are well worth the cost.
